Flat - Free > X-Lite Lightweight Foam Filled Tires

Marathon Industries has the ability to fill a variety of tires with a lightweight foam that weighs less than half of traditional foam filled tires.

Unlike a traditional foam fill tire it has the same bounce and feel of pneumatic tires. This is a great solution if we don’t make the tire size you need or if your tire and rim have a special hub and axle configuration.

Marathon lightweight foam filled tires can only be used on BRAND NEW TIRES and is designed for slow moving non-highway use equipment. It is perfect for small equipment up to riding lawnmowers and golf carts. Although we have done some light duty use ATV tires (used at slow speeds as sprayers in farming) , we do not recommend our foam for ATV’s, Bobcats, small tractors or other more aggressive applications where the tires can build up extreme heat. If you are an OEM or large consumer of tires, feel free to call us to discuss applications and OEM pricing programs.

Our consumer pricing for small orders is as follows ($1000 Minimum):

•  1 – 5 lbs of foam - $10 a tire + $4.00 lb for foam
•  6 – 12 lbs of foam - $10 a tire + $3.00 lb for foam
• 13 + lbs of foam - $10 a tire + $2.34 lb for foam
